C.A.L.M. Legal Plans For REALTORS® and Other Real Estate Professionals
There is no other program in the country that helps Real Estate Professionals implement
a legal asset protection and wealth management plan while helping you to resolve
conflict out of court and implement a long- term plan for reducing your cost of
insurance.
Comprehensive Asset & Liability Management (C.A.L.M.) Legal Plans
provide an innovative legal/ conflict management process that helps you manage risk,
grow your core business and protect and grow wealth. Our process focuses on Education
and Evaluation of your current situation and Consultations to help you design and
execute an Action Plan to Protect and Grow Wealth.
Some Highlights of the CALM Plans:
- We give you access to our Legal Management Organization (LMO) and up to 4 hours
of Attorney time per year** (**capped at 1/3 hour per legal matter), without charge.
We provide the e-Business Technology and Tools that can help you manage your professional
services, such as a standard Mediation and Arbitration agreement for you to discuss
with your attorney to keep you, your clients, and service providers out of court
and reduce your cost of E&O insurance (subject to E&O insurer participation).
We also coordinate your Legal Plan services with your real estate errors & omissions
(E&O) defense counsel (subject to E&O insurer participation) to reduce your
risk of a negative report to the State Licensing Authorities.
- You will receive updated
educational materials through e-newsletters, seminars, websites and other electronic
media.
- You will have broad access to attorneys, financial planners and accountants
who specialize in asset protection, wealth management, insurance and other disciplines
at pre-negotiated fees.
- You will have broad access to attorneys, who coordinate
asset protection with E&O insurance defense, real estate transaction management
insurance and other disciplines at pre-negotiated fees.
- You will receive discounts
on Mediation and arbitration services through our specialized conflict management
attorneys.
- We coordinate legal teams to deliver “packages” of legal services that
can save you money while helping you to get satisfactory results. For Example:
- e-Transaction Coordination Services: from $50 – $375 per transaction (depending
on service provider cooperation).
- MLS Designed Legal Services Package:
- Strategies implemented to improve legal outcomes for MLS members;
- Strategies implemented to improve legal outcomes for MLS members;
- Commission Collection Service.

recovery arbitration:
- Fully scripted presentation for the Realtor® to use with
the Seller- with up to 2 half-hour consultations with our staff Attorney;
- 1 hour
consultation with a Realtor® who successfully prosecuted a similar claim.

Our professional
C.A.L.M. Legal Plan allows Real Estate attorneys to streamline the real estate transaction
from listing through closing and post-closing conflict resolution. The Plan includes
an agreement to provide the attorney’s standard real estate contract of sale to
the Liberty Money.net Member and use our Contract rider and streamlined transaction
procedure for the benefit of the attorney’s client.
Additional benefits include
packages of services to help any Realtor® generate additional profits through Affiliated
Business Arrangements with LibertyMoney.net mortgage lenders, title companies and
other service providers, including asset protection attorneys, accountants and financial
planners.
Realtors® who purchase a C.A.L.M. Legal Plan may also qualify for discounted
Errors and Omissions Insurance.
